Vadivelu v/s Singamuthu- No laughing matter
Tamil cinema’s leading comedian Vadivelu and Singamuthu,the man who used to write and act the comedy track with him have now become the laughing stock of Kollywood.
On Tuesday (Feb 9), Vadivelu and Singamuthu have slapped each other with legal notices, demanding compensations to the tune of Rs 25 crores and Rs 25.5 respectively for giving out defamatory interviews to the media!
The fight between the comedians looks like a Tom and Jerry cartoon. The bone of contention between the comedians who were once good friends was Vadivelu’s allegation that Singamuthu cheated him to the tune of Rs 7 crore in the purchase of immovable property and made disparaging remarks against him
